Digital Media Centre II (DMC II) will cover the actions occurring during Climate Week NYC .

DMC II will be a hub of activity on Monday as over 2,000 events take place in 120 countries as part of the Global Wake Up Call -- activists calling on world leaders to act on climate change before the clock runs out
